     Guides summer camp
This years summer camp was at Woodhouse Park, Almondsbury, Nr Bristol from Thursday 1st August to Monday 5th August. We had a 4 seasons themed camp with each day being a different season. Spring saw the Guides doing an easter egg hunt around the camping field, summer the children got to "play in the park" by going around the adventure course and getting REALLY muddy! They also enjoyed cooking outdoors with backwoods cooking and in the evening having a BBQ. Autumn saw the girls having a go at archery and then enjoying some autumn themed crafts. For Winter they enjoyed running around trying to complete a christmas present hunt wide game, then they made christmas tree decorations and decorated badges. In the evening they were all given a christmas sock with gifts inside and then played a christmas present game.
